Do you really come to me?
Yes — we're fully mobile. We come to your home, workplace or business premises across Cheshire & North Wales, fully equipped and ready to work.
Do you need my water and electricity?
We bring all our own professional equipment and products — we just need access to an outside tap or hosepipe and a standard plug socket, plus a bit of space around the vehicle. That's it.
What areas do you cover?
We're based in Chester and travel roughly an hour in any direction — the whole of Cheshire and into North Wales. If you're not sure, just ask.
How long does a detail take?
It depends on the package and the vehicle's condition — anywhere from around an hour for an Express valet to most of a day for a full Paramount detail. We'll give you a realistic time when we quote.
Can you clean several vehicles at once?
Absolutely — that's a big part of what we do. We can detail multiple vehicles in a single visit, which is ideal for households with more than one car and for businesses with fleets.
Do you offer discounts for fleets or regular cleans?
Yes. The more vehicles and the more regular the schedule, the better the rate. Get in touch via the fleet enquiry form for tailored pricing.
How do I pay?
We'll confirm accepted payment methods when we book you in — most customers pay on the day once the work is complete and they're happy.
